Requirements for the Artifactory Integration Plugin

To deploy the Black Duck Artifactory Integration plugin versions 1.0.0 and higher, you must have the following system prerequisites.

• JFrog Artifactory Pro version 7.x or later.

• The supported version of Java is version 11 for Artifactory 7.X.

• Black Duck instance
  Refer to Black Duck Release Compatibility for the supported versions of Black Duck.

• Black Duck API token for the plugin to access a Black Duck instance.

• The plugin requires the Global Code Scanner, Project Creator, and Global Project Viewer user roles in Black Duck.

  • The Super User role can be used, but is not required for the plugin.

  • The Global Code Scanner and Project Creator roles only allow you to view projects that you scanned using your Black Duck user account. 

  • The Global Project Viewer role is required to view all projects.
