There are multiple supported methods of deploying Black Duck components on Google Cloud Platform.

For smaller deployments or to get started quickly, Black Duck can be deployed into a Compute Engine VM from the GCP Marketplace.  To take full advantage of Black Duck's containerized architecture and simplify scaling and version upgrades, we recommend deploying Black Duck to GKE.

Regardless of how you deploy Black Duck, note that Black Duck on GCP leverages a bring-your-own-license (BYOL) model, and is available for customers with valid purchased licenses. If you do not currently have a license, contact our sales team to request a license.
