Black Duck Radar is a Chrome extension that shows license, vulnerability, and Black Duck information about a software component.

If you are searching for components to use, or for a library to use as dependencies, this extension provides a breakdown of the software package's operational, licensing, and vulnerability risks.

Black Duck Radar installs in Chrome as an extension and is available in the Google web store. 


Workflow

  1. Download and install Black Duck Radar
  2. Configure Black Duck Radar by connecting and authenticating with a Black Duck server using a Black Duck API token.
  3. Go to a supported package repository and select a package, then click Black Duck Radar's extension icon to see a breakdown of the package's operational, licensing, and vulnerability risks.
